How the minutes are shared
The planner reserves 5 minutes for arrival, 5 to finish and 2 for each change of activity. It shares the remaining minutes in the displayed order using these weights: coloring 5, drawing 6, symbol hunt 4, character making 5, story circle 3. Whole-minute rounding keeps the final total exact. Each activity receives at least 5 minutes. If there is too little time, the planner asks you to remove an activity or add time.
The age choice changes the guidance, not the time formula. Participants change the print and supply counts. Food, cake, gifts and venue setup are outside this activity-session calculation. Use the plan flexibly; the durations are organization suggestions, not claims about child development.
Save it for the day
